The Tutorym 5.0 CGPA Tracker and Grade Target Simulator are planning and estimation tools intended solely for student guidance. While our calculation engines strictly adhere to standard National Universities Commission (NUC) grading conventions (A=5, B=4, C=3, D=2, E=1, F=0), official student grades and academic honors remain under the sole jurisdiction of your university's Senate and Academic Registry.
The Tutorym name, logo, graphic designs, mobile software architecture, and interface designs are the intellectual property of Tutorym Technologies. You may not reproduce or mirror our brand assets without explicit written authorization.
Tutorym is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. While we do our utmost to ensure local alarm reliability, students remain responsible for tracking their test schedules, exam venues, and faculty attendance requirements.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be settled through amicable student mediation or submitted to competent courts in Lagos State, Nigeria.
